Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of ExploitArmor, operated by Exploit Armor W.L.L., registered at Unit 202, Building 120, Road 3803, Block 338, Manama Center, Kingdom of Bahrain. The privacy contact for questions about personal data is admin@exploitarmor.com.

Plan and service requests are subject to commercial review and any applicable service terms. Submitting a request is not a contract, paid activation or trial activation. Paid access requires verified payment and authorized activation; an Essential Trial begins only after required verification, setup and explicit activation. There is no automatic overage billing.

Essential Trial and account lifecycle

The Essential Trial lasts seven days from explicit activation after required verification and setup. Repeat-trial eligibility is restricted for 365 days after expiry. Under the approved schedule, heavy technical data is due for deletion 30 days after expiry and eligible inactive account and eligibility data are due for deletion 365 days after expiry. These are governed policy dates, subject to paid conversion, shared identity, applicable holds and other lawful retention requirements; physical deletion is not currently guaranteed by a complete operational automated process. A submitted deletion request is not confirmation that deletion is complete.

Encrypted backups may retain deleted data. Production backup rotation and the time until every retained copy expires have not been verified, so removal from backups cannot be promised by a fixed date. See the Privacy Policy for the current retention explanation. Nothing in these Terms removes rights under applicable law.
